The Principles That Govern
Every Partnership We Take On.
Most white label agencies describe what they do. This page describes how we do it and the rules we hold ourselves to. These principles have not changed since 2011 and they are not negotiable.
Why We Wrote This Down
Agency owners who work with white label partners take on a real risk. They are trusting a third party with client information, project scope, creative briefs and sometimes access to client systems. Most white label agencies ask for that trust without explaining how they handle it.
We think that is the wrong approach. Trust is not something you earn by asking for it. You earn it by being clear about how you operate before anything is signed.
This page exists because we believe agencies deserve to know exactly what rules govern our behaviour. Not a general assurance that we are trustworthy. Specific, written commitments they can hold us to.
We also cannot publicly showcase many of the projects we have delivered because our agency partners' client relationships are confidential. That is by design, not by accident. This page is one way we demonstrate credibility without disclosing what is not ours to disclose.
The Principles
Eight Commitments We Make to
Every Agency Partner.
The NDA is not a formality. It is the first thing we do. Before a brief arrives, before a client name is mentioned, before a budget is discussed. The NDA is in place. We have followed this rule since day one and we do not make exceptions.
Your clients are your clients. We do not email them, call them, connect with them on LinkedIn or reach out to them in any channel. All communication goes through you. This is not a preference, it is a firm rule that every member of our team follows.
We will not approach your clients to offer our services directly, now or in the future. We do not see your client list as a prospecting opportunity. Our business depends on agency partnerships, not on undermining them. This principle protects the foundation of everything we do.
Files, code, documentation, reports and communications are all delivered without Axis Web Art branding unless you specifically ask us to include it. We adapt to your workflow, your tools and your communication style. The end result looks and feels like it came entirely from your team.
All code, design files, assets, credentials and documentation become yours on delivery. We retain no ownership, no licence rights and no ongoing access unless you ask us to maintain something. The intellectual property produced for your client belongs to your client, delivered through you.
We do not use work completed for your clients in our portfolio, case studies, social media or any public-facing material without your explicit written consent. If you want to give us permission to reference a project, we welcome that. If you do not, the work stays private.
If we have an existing relationship with one of your competitors or if we identify any situation that could create a conflict, we tell you before starting work. We do not take on projects where we cannot be fully committed to your interests. You decide how to proceed with full information.
Pricing discussions, project details, client names, internal processes and anything else shared with us in the course of a partnership is treated as confidential indefinitely. There is no expiry on this. We do not share, sell or use your business information for any purpose other than delivering your work.
What This Means in Practice
These Are Not Policies Written for a Website.
They Are How We Actually Operate.
After 15 years and hundreds of agency partnerships, we have found that the agencies who stay longest are the ones who felt safe from the beginning. These principles exist because we want every agency to feel that way from the first conversation.
We have operated invisibly behind agencies since 2011. Our name does not appear in deliverables, communications or any material that reaches your client unless you ask us to include it.
Every project is handled by our in-house team. We do not outsource your work to a freelance marketplace or pass it to subcontractors. The people who hear your brief are the people who deliver the work.
Some of our agency partnerships have run for over a decade. We are not interested in one-off projects at the expense of the relationship. Our pricing, communication and process are all built around working together consistently over time.
How the NDA Process Works
We know that agencies sometimes feel awkward asking for an NDA at the start of a conversation. With us, you never have to ask. We bring it up first.
The NDA is mutual. It protects your information and confirms our obligations in writing before anything else happens. It takes a few minutes to complete and we keep a signed copy on file for the duration of our relationship.
If you want to see our standard NDA before starting a conversation, contact us and we will send it across. No obligation to proceed.
