White Label WordPress Maintenance & Support for Agencies
Your agency builds the WordPress site. We keep it running. Monthly care plans covering updates, security monitoring, backups, performance, and support – all delivered invisibly under your brand. Your clients receive a branded care plan report from your agency every month. They never know we exist. NDA signed before we touch the first site.
What We Cover
White label WordPress maintenance services
your agency can sell with confidence
WordPress Core, Theme, and Plugin Updates
Every update cycle starts with a full site backup. Updates are applied and tested on a staging environment before any change touches the live site. If a plugin update introduces a conflict on staging, we hold it back, flag the issue to your agency with a plain-English explanation, and proceed with all other updates in the meantime. We use WP-CLI for reliable, scriptable updates rather than the admin panel, and log every version change. The update schedule is documented and reported in the monthly branded PDF your agency receives.
Security Monitoring and Malware Removal
Continuous security scanning with Wordfence or iThemes Security, real-time threat monitoring, login protection with brute-force lockout, file integrity monitoring, and vulnerability detection for installed plugins and themes. When a vulnerability is identified in a plugin, we assess its severity and either update immediately, apply a workaround, or recommend removal with an alternative. If a site is compromised, emergency malware removal is included in Standard plans and above – site cleaned, entry point identified, hardening applied, and a post-incident report delivered to your agency within 24 hours.
Backups and Restore Testing
Daily or weekly backups to off-site storage – not the same server the site lives on. Backups include the full WordPress installation: files, database, media library, and active theme and plugin files. Backup logs are monitored for failures. Every month we run a restore test: the backup is restored to a staging environment and the site is verified as functional. This restore test result is included in the monthly report your agency sends to the client. When something goes wrong, you have an actually tested backup, not just a file that was never verified.
Uptime Monitoring and Incident Response
External uptime monitoring from multiple global locations, with alerts firing within one minute of a confirmed outage. We investigate downtime, contact the hosting provider where needed, and keep your agency informed until the site is back online. Uptime percentage for the month is reported in the monthly branded report. For Professional and Agency plans, we hold a four-hour response SLA for active incidents and will diagnose and resolve server-side configuration issues where hosting access is provided. Agencies with clients on managed hosting should provide us with reseller or support access at onboarding.
Performance Optimisation and Core Web Vitals
Monthly performance checks against Core Web Vitals targets – LCP, CLS, and INP – using Google PageSpeed Insights and manual testing. Where a site's scores drift due to plugin additions, image uploads, or theme changes, we investigate and address the cause: image compression and conversion to WebP, caching configuration with WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache, database cleanup of post revisions and transients, removal of render-blocking scripts, and CDN configuration via Cloudflare. Performance recommendations that require developer work are scoped separately and quoted before action is taken.
WooCommerce Store Maintenance
WooCommerce requires more careful update management than a standard WordPress site. A WooCommerce or payment gateway plugin update that breaks checkout is not a minor inconvenience – it stops revenue. Our Professional plan includes dedicated WooCommerce care: WooCommerce core, extensions, and payment gateway plugins are tested in a staging environment that mirrors the live store, including a test purchase flow through to order confirmation. Email notifications and transactional emails are tested after each update cycle. Cart and checkout performance is monitored separately from the main site. We flag any WooCommerce-specific issues in the monthly report with clear explanations.
Content Updates and Minor Changes
A monthly allocation of content changes and minor site work – text updates, image swaps, menu changes, contact details, form field edits, and small style adjustments – is included in Professional and Agency plans. Requests come through your agency to us and are completed within two to three business days. All changes are made on staging first if they affect templates or layout. Content changes are tracked in the monthly report. This allocation covers routine client requests without the need for a separate development retainer, making the care plan a complete managed service your agency can resell at margin.
Emergency WordPress Support
Sites break outside business hours. A plugin conflict, a PHP version change pushed by the hosting provider, or a failed auto-update can bring down a site on a Friday evening. Emergency WordPress support is available on Professional and Agency plans. Your agency contacts us via a priority support channel and we respond within four hours to begin investigation. Emergency work is handled by a senior WordPress developer, not a first-line support team. We document what happened, what we did to fix it, and how to prevent it recurring – all included in the next monthly report to your client.
Why Agencies Choose Us
What makes our white label WordPress
maintenance service different
Four things that separate us from every other white label maintenance provider.
Staging Before Every Single Update
Most white label WordPress maintenance providers apply updates directly to the live site. We do not. Every update cycle begins with a complete backup, followed by staging environment testing where every update is applied and the site is checked against a functional test list before anything touches production. If a plugin update breaks the staging environment, your client's live site is never affected. This process takes longer than clicking "update all" in the admin panel. It is worth the time when you consider a broken live site at 2am on a client who runs a retail business.
Zero live site breakages on updatesBranded Reports Ready to Forward
The monthly care plan report your agency receives is branded with your logo and your agency name. It covers every action taken on the site that month – updates applied, security scan results, backup status and restore test outcome, uptime percentage, and any performance changes. It is written in plain English, not technical jargon, so you can forward it to your client without any editing. Your client pays your agency for the care plan. Your agency pays us. We do not appear anywhere in the document or the communication chain.
White label reports, zero editing requiredThe Agentic Agency Production Backbone
Care plans are one of the most profitable services an agency can offer – predictable monthly revenue, minimal client-facing work, and strong retention. Most agencies avoid offering them because the operational overhead of managing updates, backups, and security across 10 or 20 client sites is significant. We remove that overhead entirely. Your agency sells the care plan under your brand at whatever margin suits your business. We handle every site. You collect recurring revenue without running a maintenance operation in-house.
Recurring revenue without the overhead15 Years of WordPress Experience
We have been working in WordPress since 2011 and have delivered over 500 WordPress projects across custom themes, WooCommerce stores, plugin development, and maintenance. That depth of experience matters when something goes wrong. A WordPress developer who has seen hundreds of plugin conflicts, PHP compatibility issues, database corruption cases, and hacked sites responds to an incident differently from someone who reads the WordPress Codex. We have seen most failure modes before. We fix them faster, and we explain them clearly to your agency without the alarm.
500+ WordPress projects since 2011How It Works
From site onboarding to monthly report
in four clear steps
We start with a WordPress health audit: current core and plugin versions, known vulnerabilities, backup status, security configuration, performance baseline, and any existing issues. You receive a plain-English audit report before the first maintenance cycle begins. NDA is signed before we see any site credentials. Onboarding typically takes two business days from credential receipt.
Each month we back up the full site, apply and test all available updates on staging, push tested updates to production, run a full security scan, verify backup integrity with a restore test, check uptime data for the month, and run a Core Web Vitals check. Work is completed and logged by the 10th of each month unless a site issue pushes the schedule.
Between maintenance cycles, uptime monitoring runs continuously from multiple locations. Security scans run on a weekly schedule. If an alert fires – site down, malware detected, security vulnerability in an installed plugin – we investigate and notify your agency within the response time for your plan. Emergency situations on Professional and Agency plans receive a four-hour response regardless of time zone.
By the 15th of each month you receive a branded PDF care plan report for each site under management. The report covers every action taken, security status, backup confirmation with restore test result, uptime percentage, performance metrics, and any recommendations. Forward it directly to your client as part of your care plan service – no editing, no rebrand required. We have never appeared anywhere in the process.

Who We Work With
The agencies that use our white label
WordPress maintenance service
Agencies Who Build WordPress Sites but Don't Want to Maintain Them
You build WordPress websites for clients and want to offer a care plan at handover – but managing updates, backups, and security monitoring across a growing portfolio of client sites is not something you have capacity for in-house. We handle the maintenance under your brand, and you keep the client relationship and the monthly recurring revenue. Most agencies we work with started with a handful of sites and now manage 20 or more under a single agency agreement with us.
WordPress Specialists Who Need Maintenance Capacity at Scale
Your agency builds on WordPress full-time and you offer care plans as a standard post-launch service. The problem is that your developers are expensive to keep on maintenance tasks when they could be building new sites. We take the maintenance work off your team's plates entirely. Your developers stay focused on billable builds. We handle the monthly update cycles, monitoring, and reporting for your existing client portfolio under your name.
Marketing Agencies Managing Client WordPress Sites
Your agency manages SEO, content, and campaigns for clients whose websites run on WordPress. You are not a development agency, but your clients turn to you when something breaks or needs updating because you are their main digital contact. We give you a complete white label WordPress maintenance service to offer alongside your marketing retainer. Your clients get professional site care, and you add a new recurring revenue stream without taking on technical work in-house.
IT Teams Managing Client Web Infrastructure
Your managed service clients have WordPress sites that need the same level of care you apply to their servers and software. You want to extend your managed service offering to cover website maintenance under your brand, but WordPress-specific care is outside your team's core expertise. We provide dedicated WordPress maintenance under your name, work within the security and access protocols you have in place for each client, and report back through your existing client reporting structure.
