TAM International wanted to achieve the following key objectives by creating a b2b eCommerce portal Bizpluss:

Eliminating Limitations of Printed Catalog – Printed catalog can not be updated with new products and its a major problem for TAM International as they introduce new products on regular basis and that requires the catalog to be printed again

Solution

The process of finding a solution for Bizpluss platform started with finding the right platform and Axis Web Art selected Magento as a platform for TAM International’s B2B Store.

On Top of default Magento platform features, we developed our custom module to transform its B2C behaviour to work as a B2B platform for dealers and distributors of Bizpluss.

Key features developed in this process includes: Dealer & Distributor specific products and categories, Customer service representative module to assign specific representative to dealers & distributors for their queries, Extended dealership registration form and approval process, Warehouse & stock management.
With use of latest technology and design tools, Axis Web Art produced a modern interactive user interface from scratch.

Warehouse & Inventory Management – Bizpluss wanted to expand its reach in every part of the country and for that they needed to setup warehouses in various cities and regions. We developed a custom magento module that allows easy management of warehouse and their stocks. With help of that Bizpluss can easily control the availability of goods in various regions. Dealers and distributors can check stock availability in the warehouse of their specific region.
Control Over Catalog – Bizpluss wanted to have an option that allows restriction of particular product or category for some specific dealers. We implemented features in the backend that allows admin to show/hide specific products and category with a particular group of dealers and distributors.
Robust & Easy to use Admin Panel – As the website is developed with magento, addition of new products, categories, product attributes is very easy. Bizpluss can keep their product catalog up to date with ease.
