Client approached us with an objective to make ShareWardrobe a fun & simple place where women can sell their less loved items and make some real money with it so that they can go ahead and buy things they really need! With advancing technology and the rise of social media, ShareWardrobe needs  to align with the goals of the business and the target audience.

Business Needs

Prime objective was to make ShareWardrobe a fun & simple place where women can sell their less loved items and make some real money with it so that they can go ahead and buy things they really need. In order to accomplish this objective, ShareWardrobe as a business needed the new platform to –

• Allows new customer to easily register and post their less loved items for sell
• ShareWardrobe can check all posted selling request, notify the customer about a pickup of items, once items are received: ShareWardrobe should be able to check and update the status and notify customer about sell able and rejected items
• Easily allows ShareWardrobe to list the sell able items on store and notify customer about this
• Once items are sold on the store, ShareWardrobe should be able to easily process orders invoice and shipment
• ShareWardrobe should be able to pay the amount to sellers of the item sold, deducting its own commission and should be able to generate report on sales and payment history of a particular seller or periodic report for all sellers

Target Audience Needs

Target audience of ShareWardrobe are of two types –

Sellers – Sellers are women looking to sell their less loved items. New platform should fulfil following requirements for them –

• Easily register and post their less loved items for sell
• Easy process to request a pickup, pack and delivery their items for sell.
• Get notification when their item is received, accepted/rejected, listed for sell or sold
• Once item is sold on the store, seller should be able to raise payment request to get money for their sold products

Buyers – Buyers are women looking to buy fashionable items on a very discounted rates. New plat-form should fulfill following requirements for them –

• Easily navigate the products
• Simplified ordering process that easily allow the customers to buy desired product
• Allow audience to manage their accounts, order history and tracking of shipments
• Allow customers to easily submit a product return request and check status of it

Axis Web Art proposed magento as a platform for new ShareWardrobe platform. Quick & Secure Checkout – Once the customer is able to find the right product, they can easily add the product to cart and place the order with quick and secure checkout.

Custom Seller Module – We developed a custom magento module to allow product listing, manage listed items and withdraw payment for registered sellers.

Robust & Easy to use Admin Panel – As the website is developed with magento, addition of new products, categories, product attributes is very easy. We created new admin features to manage seller listed items, manage accepted brand list, manage payment for sold items.
